Mississippi-specific ZipForm software and updates are available to MAR members for download at the web link below. Your version of ZipForms includes all MAR-endorsed Mississippi-specific standard real estate forms and contracts, plus MREC and federally-mandated forms. Read more about the latest updates. The forms are updated at least once annually.
Your initial download of the software is free to you as an MAR member benefit. After that, you may annually renew your subscription and receive forms updates for a special Mississippi REALTOR® rate of $59.95. If you prefer, you may order a CD version of ZipForm by phoning 800.383.9805. There is a $19.95 handling charge on all CDs. Here are some pointers you should know before getting started:

Obtaining, installing, and using ZipForm will be different from the steps required with other softwares you've received from MAR in the past. To avoid confusion and frustration during the download and installation process, please take your time and carefully read and follow the instructions.

During the download process, you will be asked to enter your name. Once you do this a list of company names and addresses will appear. You MUST MAKE CERTAIN you select the appropriate one.

If your address information is incorrect, YOU MUST GET IT CORRECTED before you download and install the forms software. This address information is what will print on your forms. This information comes DIRECTLY from your NRDS record. If your information is wrong, you will need to contact your local board to correct the information. It will take about 24 hours after your NRDS record is up to date for ZipForm to update.

If you have any problems with your forms software, you will be able to receive tech support through ZipForms. You are also encouraged to visit the ZipForm website (particularly the support & updates section) if you encounter any problems.
- Visit the link below, or copy and paste it into your web browser: http://www.zipform.com/order/assoc/5/miaor.asp.
- Enter your first and last names in the appropriate fields.
- Click "CONTINUE."
- READ the following screen then select YOUR name/company/address from the dropdown menu.
- Click "Continue."
- READ the End User License Agreement (EULA) and click "YES, I agree" to continue.
- Verify the address information is correct. If it is, click "YES, This is me" to continue. If it is NOT correct, stop here, and refer to point #3 in the above section (Before You Begin).
- When the address information is correct on the previous page, enter your e-mail address in this field in order for your redemption/registration code to be sent to you. MAKE CERTAIN you enter a CURRENT WORKING e-mail address and click "Submit" to continue.
- READ the information on the following page. It contains directions for downloading and the redemption code that is necessary to install the ZipForm software. Once you have read the directions, click on the "DOWNLOAD NOW" link under step number 2.
- When prompted, choose to SAVE the download and navigate to the desktop in the "Save As" Window that appears and finally click the "Save" button to begin the file download.
- Once the file is finished downloading, close your web browser and all other programs. If you followed the instructions exactly, you will see a file on your desktop named something like "miaor.exe."
- Double click this file to begin the installation. Follow the onscreen instructions and click "Next."
- Once again, select the "I Agree" button for the EULA and then click the "Next" button.
- On the "Choose Destination Location" screen, don't change anything. Simply select "Next."
- On the "Select Program Manager Group" screen, again accept the defaults and click "Next."
- On the "Start Installation Screen," select "Next" and the files will begin to copy to your system.
- When the files have completed copying, you will prompted to enter your redemption code, which you should have seen on the "Download" screen. If you entered an e-mail address, you will have received an e-mail from zipdelivery@zipform.com in your inbox. Enter the redemption code here, make sure the "Active Mode" button is selected, and click "Next."
- The software will now contact ZipForm via the Internet and register itself. Click "OK" in the "Thank you for Registering" box that appears.
- Select "Next" in the "Release Notes" window.
- Finally, Click "Finish" to exit the Installer and "OK" in the following window to restart your computer.
- To Run ZipForm, go to "Start/Programs/ZipForm 5.0" and click on the ZipForm 5.0 shortcut to use ZipFrom. (Note: There should also be a shortcut on your desktop that looks like a red box with a black Z and the name "ZipForm 5.0" beneath it. You can double-click this box to run the ZipForm program.)

- Visit the ZipForm Update Page
- Click the Download Update button.
- A "FILE DOWNLOAD" dialog box will appear. Click the SAVE option, then click OK. The "SAVE AS" dialog box will appear. From the "SAVE IN" pull-down menu, select DESKTOP and then click SAVE and the download process will begin.
- Once the download is complete, close your browser and close your ZipFormDesktop application (if it is currently open).
- On your DESKTOP, you will find a new file named "libraryname.exe" (for example, "miaor.exe" if you had downloaded the Mississippi Association of REALTORS forms). Double-click on this icon and the update process will begin. The update program will search your local drives for ZipForm. The default is C:\Zipform.
- Once the update program locates ZipFormDesktop simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete installation of your forms update. If at any time the update process produces an error, restart your computer and double click the update icon on your desktop to restart the update process.
