Beth Hansen Chief Executive Officer Ext. 15 Email Beth Beth is responsible for overall association management, including implementing policies and administering the business of the state’s largest business trade association representing more than 6,500 REALTORS® active in all phases of real estate brokerage, development, management and appraisal.

REALTOR® Institute / Education / Professional Development

	John Phillips Vice President of Professional Development Ext. 14 Email John John is responsible for the administration of all education programs provided through the REALTOR® Institute that include pre-license, post-license, continuing education and designation courses. He is the staff liaison to the Professional Development Advocacy Group and Standard Forms Task Force.

Brinda Boutwell REALTOR® Institute Course Manager / MAR Receptionist Ext. 45 Email Brinda Brinda manages daily real estate school operations, including all classroom and online education, instructor coordination and course scheduling. She is also the association's receptionist.

Marketing / Technology / Events

Kathy Whitfield Marketing & Communications Director Ext. 24 Email Kathy Kathy manages all member communications including the association's quarterly magazine, monthly e-newsletter and website; implements marketing initiatives of the Mississippi REALTOR® Institute and other association programs; assists with special events planning; manages the association’s annual awards program; serves as special events registrar; and serves as staff liaison to the Member Services and Technology Advocacy Group.

	Chris Adcock Information Technology Director Ext. 27 Email Chris Chris manages the association's email system and website, as well as performing general hardware/software maintenance and server administration. He also assists members directly through the Tech Helpline. He serves as a staff liaison to the Member Services and Technology Advocacy Group.
	Gina Haug Meetings & Specialty Group Director Ext. 23 Email Gina Gina serves as a liaison to local REALTOR® boards and manages the MS Commercial Association of REALTORS® and the state chapters of CCIM, CRS, IREM and RLI. She also coordinates MAR's local events.

Operations

William Fulton Vice President of Administration Ext. 13 Email William William serves as the association's controller, oversees general administrative aspects of the association, including ensuring the maintenance, accuracy and security of the financial, physical, record-keeping, information and customer service systems of the association. He is the staff liaison to the Association Operations Advocacy Group.

	Derek Easley Governmental Affairs Director Ext. 28 Email Derek Derek serves as the association’s lobbyist, monitors all legislative and regulatory activity that impacts the business of real estate, promotes grassroots political advocacy and is the staff liaison to the association’s Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Advocacy Group and MARPAC Trustees.
