Angela Cain Chief Executive Officer Ext. 11 Email Angela Angela is responsible for overall association management, including implementing policies and administering the business of the state’s largest business trade association representing more than 6,500 REALTORS® active in all phases of real estate brokerage, development, management and appraisal.

REALTOR® Institute / Education / Professional Development

	John Phillips Vice President of Professional Development Ext. 14 Email John John is responsible for the administration of all education programs provided through the REALTOR® Institute that include pre-license, post-license, continuing education and designation courses. He is the staff liaison to the Professional Development Advocacy Group and Standard Forms Task Force.

	Brinda Boutwell REALTOR® Institute Course Manager Ext. 45 Email Brinda Brinda manages daily real estate school operations, including all classroom and online education, instructor coordination and course scheduling.

Della Turner REALTOR® Institute Course Advisor Ext. 46 Email Della Della advises prospective students, consults with enrolled students and prepares for all pre-licensing and post-licensing opportunities provided through the association’s real estate school.

Marketing / Technology / Events

Tracee Walker Communications Manager Ext. 24 Email Tracee Tracee manages all member communications including the association's quarterly magazine, monthly e-newsletter and website; implements marketing initiatives of the Mississippi REALTOR® Institute and other association programs; assists with special events planning; manages the association’s annual awards program; serves as special events registrar; and serves as staff liaison to the Member Services and Technology Advocacy Group.

	Susan Wolfe Sales & Marketing Manager Ext. 17 Email Susan Susan generates and implements opportunities for sponsors, exhibitors and advertisers to connect with association members and coordinates the marketing needs of the association and its real estate school.

	Heather Burns-Garcia Meetings & Events Manager Ext. 29 Email Heather Heather is responsible for the planning, logistics and management of all MAR meetings and events, including MAR’s Convention & Expo, REALTOR® Day at the Capitol and leadership meetings. Heather is a part time employee

Mike Delamater Information Technology Manager/Webmaster Ext. 27 Email Mike Mike provides technical support to association members and staff. His responsibilities include maintaining computer and A/V systems, website development and maintenance, database management, report generation and technology training.

Operations

William Fulton Vice President of Administration Ext. 13 Email William William serves as the association's controller, oversees general administrative aspects of the association, including ensuring the maintenance, accuracy and security of the financial, physical, record-keeping, information and customer service systems of the association. He is the staff liaison to the Association Operations Advocacy Group.

	Sheila Roden Receptionist/Bookkeeper Ext. 47 Email Sheila Sheila is the association’s bookkeeper and receptionist. She is responsible for accounts payable, MARPAC contributions and facility management.

	Beth Hansen Director of Local Board Services/MCAR/CCIM/CRS/RLI/IREM Ext. 15 Email Beth Beth serves as a liaison to local REALTOR® boards and manages the MS Commercial Association of REALTORS® and the state chapters of CCIM, CRS, IREM and RLI. Beth is a part time employee

Derek Easley Governmental Affairs Director Ext. 28 Email Derek Derek serves as the association’s lobbyist, monitors all legislative and regulatory activity that impacts the business of real estate, promotes grassroots political advocacy and is the staff liaison to the association’s Legislative & Regulatory Affairs Advocacy Group and MARPAC Trustees. (Derek is part of MAR’s legislative/legal team that also includes contract lobbyist Spence Dye and Ron Farris, MAR’s General Counsel.)
