Each year a REALTOR® Institute instructor is awarded the prestigious Instructor of the Year Award based solely on student evaluations. At the end of every REALTOR® Institute pre-license, post license and CE course, students evaluate the instructors based on various items including but not limited to subject matter knowledge, presentation skills, whether or not the students expectations were met, etc. The instructor with the highest cumulate numeric score over a 12 month period wins the award.
